Hi! My name is Miriam Hecht.
I am a certified life coach from the Victor Frankel School of Coaching, specializing in guiding women through life’s emerging stages with grace and joy.
As the mother of over a dozen children, their wonderful spouses and more grandchildren than you can count on your hands seven times, I’ve experienced and found answers in each of the many phases that we women move through in our lives. I went from full time motherhood to college student, to working full time, and finally finding a niche as a professional jewelry artist when my last child left the nest.
My family is still my number one passion, but I have been mentoring women as they navigate this journey of life for over 30 years.
From teens, to college, marriage to children, empty nesters and retirement, each stage brings challenges, rewards and new possibilities. There is a wise saying from the Talmud that warns “all beginnings are hard.” But the next stage can bring opportunities that were never open before. Sometimes we just have to work to discover them.
My coaching model is to find the beauty in our present, and with positive, directed goals, move confidently forward.
